Beautiful Ormond Memorial Art Museum and Gardens

As I am writing this we are still in Daytona but heading south to Orlando this afternoon. We had a great exploring the area and doing some of the local activities, including the beach. 🙂  One of places we visited was the Ormond Memorial Art Museum and Gardens.  We had been at the Casements earlier, and it was just a short walk over to the gardens. I am so glad we decided to visit. They were absolutely amazing, even if it was incredibly hot and muggy (it is a rainforest after all, lol). Walker Art Gallery Museum – Liverpool, England

Walker Art MuseumI love art (as you can probably tell from various other blog posts) and had to visit the Walker Art Gallery when we were in Liverpool, England. I was disappointed, but knew I’d be back and be able to see their collection.  Continue reading “Amazing Impressionist Art at the Art Institute Chicago”

Musée d’Orsay Museum – Paris, France

We have traveled quite a bit since we got married, but there is one place that grabbed a hold of me and makes me want to go back trip after trip. I am talking about Paris and the city of lights. One of the things I enjoyed seeing the most amazing collections of impressionist and post-impressionist art in the world. While the Louvre is amazing, there is one place I enjoyed more, The Musée d’Orsay.  I fell in love with this museum. Continue reading “Musée d’Orsay Museum – Paris, France”
